NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The St. Olaf women's basketball team was defeated by St. Catherine 77-75, as the Wildcats scored with 4.6 seconds left to break a tie on Saturday afternoon at Skoglund Center.Betsey Daly led the Oles posting a double-double with 21 points and 16 rebounds. Mckenna Ash also had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds and
Afton Wolter had 12 points in the loss.Â
Woo Bandel led the team in assists and steals with four and three.
St. Olaf (12-13, 7-11 MIAC) was 9-for-25 from three-point range, while St. Catherine made 15-of-25.Â
LaShay Holt led all scorers with 32 points for St. Catherine (14-11, 8-10 MIAC).
Afton Wolter ends her career as the third all-time leader in three-pointers made with 149 total threes made.Â
Lauren Gutierrez has started every game of her career and finishes her career at the number three spot in all-time career assists compiling over 300.
