Gusties get pair of three-run wins over Oles

ST. PETER, Minn. - Gustavus Adolphus College defeated visiting St. Olaf twice, 5-2 and 3-0, in a MIAC softball doubleheader on Monday afternoon. 

Game One: Gustavus 5, St. Olaf 2
Becca Walz and Macy Vosbeek homered while Woo Bandel was 3-for-4 for St. Olaf, but the Gusties used a four-run third inning to take the opener 5-2. Jessica Williams was 2-for-3 to lead the Gusties.

Game Two: Gustavus 3, St. Olaf 0
Jena Willis limited St. Olaf to three hits in a complete game shutout in the second game. Emily Webb was 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI for the Gusties. Bandel, Stephanie Borndale and Abbey Smith had hits for St. Olaf.
