MOORHEAD, Minn. -
Riley Anderson scored twice for the Oles but the St. Olaf women's hockey team (2-5-1, 1-3-2 MIAC) ended up with a 2-2 tie against Concordia (4-3-2, 3-1-2 MIAC) on Saturday afternoon at the Moorhead Sports Center.
Anderson scored in both the first and second periods for the Oles, bringing her season goal total to a team leading six.
St. Olaf's 2-0 lead was cut in half early in the third as the Cobbers' Megan Dondelinger scored 1:03 into the period. Concordia tied the game five minutes later on a Maiah McCowan goal.
The Cobbers outshot the Oles 13-3 in the overtime frame, but the Oles held on to maintain the tie.
Kaitlyn Pellicci had 33 saves for the Oles.
Next up for the Oles is a trip to face the University of Wisconsin-Superior on January 6th.
