AUBURNDALE, Fla. - UW-Stevens Point scored a combined four insurance runs in the seventh and eighth innings to put away the St. Olaf baseball team for a 7-1 non-conference win on Sunday afternoon at Lake Myrtle Park.

Sam Stuckmayer had two hits each for the Oles (3-4). Down 3-0 in the bottom of the fourth, St. Olaf loaded the bases with no outs. The Pointers' Ben Miller then induced a double play ground ball and skirted away with only one run allowed.
Miller went six innings, scattering seven hits and a walk while striking out three. The Oles'
Will Gustafson went six innings as well, allowing just one earned run on six hits and no walks. St. Olaf made two errors in the second inning that led to unearned runs.
Clint Rose went 3-for-5 with two RBIs while Ben Gerber, John Popham and Tyler Thomka had two hits each for UW-Stevens Point (3-3).
