Kyle Leemon scored thrice on the day to give himself a hat trick and St. Olaf a 3-0 conference victory over Saint John's on Saturday afternoon at Rolf Mellby Field.
Leemon completed his hat trick 76 minutes into the match when he took a pass, ran by the defender, and sent a shot into the goal past Johnnie goalkeeper Payton Spencer. Leemon's hat trick is the first for the Ole men since September 17th, 2014, when Jens Undlin scored thrice against Bethel. Leeman now has five goals on the season.
Olaf Morkeberg assisted Leemon on his first goal of the day.
Jovan Carter assisted Leemon on his second and third goals.
Ben Westermeyer shut out the Johnnies, saving all five shots on goal.
