NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Ben Keller had a goal and an assist No. 23 Luther College scored twice in a four-minute stretch in the first half on the way to a 3-1 non-conference men's soccer win over host St. Olaf on Wednesday afternoon at Rolf Mellby Field.
Keller scored the game's first goal at 16:15 and assisted on Tyler Pieper's goal at 20:20 to give Luther (1-2-0) a 2-0 first half lead.
Kyle Leemon scored the Oles' goal, an unassisted tally, at 28:07, to cut the Luther lead to 2-1.Â
The Norse then added a goal in the 77th minute.Â
Luther held an 18-2 lead in shots and a 4-0 advantage in corners.Â
St. Olaf (0-3-0) hosts Loras College on Saturday at 12 p.m.
