WINONA, Minn. - Drew Otto scored at 2:59 of overtime to lift St. Olaf to a 4-3 MIAC men's hockey victory over Saint Mary's University in the season finale.

The Oles (9-12-3, 6-8-2 MIAC) trailed 1-0 through two periods and 2-0 early in the third before erupting with three unanswered. Tuukka Totro scored at 5:01, Charlie Widmar at 10:21 and Roshen Jaswal at 17:27 to give the Oles a 3-2 lead. 

SMU responded with Jared Johnson's goal with 1:18 left in regulation to force the extra session.

Tobias Gabrielsen assisted on Jaswal's score and Otto's game-winner. 

Eric Hancock made 32 saves to get the victory in net for St. Olaf.  

The Ole victory ended Saint Mary's MIAC Playoff bid. Chad Cesarz scored each of the first two goals for SMU.
