AUBURNDALE, Fla. - The St. Olaf baseball team (10-6) capped off a week of competition in Florida by notching 17 hits in a 17-3 win over Thomas College (2-11) on Wednesday.

Sam Pressman led the Oles with three RBI, going 2-for-4. With the bases loaded in the fourth inning, Pressman hit a single to drive in two.

TJ Rogers and Bobby Isbell each had two RBI. Rogers drove in both of his runs with a RBI double in the third, going 3-for-5 with with a walk and two runs scored. Isbell had RBI singles in the third and fifth innings, going 2-for-3 with two walks and a run scored.

Dylan Blake had a three hit day, scoring three times with an RBI and a walk.

Matthew Muller and Jake Mathison each had a pair of hits for the Oles, with both of them scoring three runs in the win.

The Oles scored at least three runs in five of the eight innings in which they were up to bat.

Hanson Devine got the win for St. Olaf, pitching four scoreless innings while striking out two.

The Terriers jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the top of the first. Ryan Jergiewich highlighted the inning for the Terriers with an RBI double that scored two. The Oles went on to score 17 unanswered runs.

Next up for the Oles is a return to Minnesota for a visit to Hamline University on Monday.
