NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Effective Wednesday, Feb. 16, the St. Olaf College athletic department announced that unlimited spectators will be permitted to attend home athletic contests.
This change applies to the sports of men's and women's basketball, men's and women's hockey, and men's and women's track and field. Spectators must be fully vaccinated (including booster) and must be prepared to show proof of vaccination upon entry to on-campus venues. Per Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) policy, spectators are required to wear a mask at all indoor winter athletic contests.
Fans unable to come to campus to attend events in-person are encouraged to follow along via live video or live statistics. Links can be found on the
composite athletics calendar.
Spectator policies for all off-campus events – including alpine and Nordic skiing meets – remain at the discretion of the host institution or venue.
