NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The St. Olaf College softball team's home doubleheaders against the College of Saint Benedict and Macalester College scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, April 2-3 have been postponed due to unplayable field conditions.

St. Olaf was slated to host the Bennies and Scots in its first two Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) doubleheaders of the season, but recent rain and snow - and more rain in the forecast for Sunday - forced the games to be postponed.

Both doubleheaders will be made up at Mabel Shirley Field in late April. The games against Saint Ben's have been rescheduled for Thursday, April 21 and the games against Macalester have been adjusted to Thursday, April 28. First pitch for both twin bills is slated for 3:30 p.m.

St. Olaf's next scheduled games are a doubleheader at Gustavus Adolphus College on Thursday, April 7, with first pitch at 3:30 p.m.
