NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Sophomore Ethan Hess of the St. Olaf College football team was honored as a D3football.com Third Team All-Region 6 selection as part of the 2025 D3football.com All-Region Teams, as announced on Wednesday.

After a standout sophomore season, Hess added D3football.com All-Region honors to a list of accolades that included All-MIAC honors and being named a semifinalist for the Fred Mitchell Award. Hess is St. Olaf's 16th D3football.com All-Region selection – the seventh in the last five seasons – and the first Ole kicker to earn the accolade in the 21 years D3football.com has been naming all-region teams.

This fall, Hess was 14-for-17 on field goals and 25-for-25 on PATs, with the 14 made field goals setting a new single-season program record. The sophomore currently ranks third in NCAA Division III in field goals made per game (1.40) and 15th in field goal percentage (.824).

The D3football.com All-America Teams will be announced on Monday, Dec. 22.
