KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The St. Olaf College men's soccer team appeared in the balloting for the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Top 25 for the third consecutive week, as the Oles received votes in the poll released on Tuesday afternoon.
After a 2-1-0 week, St. Olaf (5-1-1) fell out of the top 25 but remained in consideration nationally by collecting 10 votes in this week's balloting. The Oles were one of three Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) programs to receive votes, along with No. 5-ranked Augsburg University and Gustavus Adolphus College, which earned three votes.
St. Olaf will open MIAC play at home on Wednesday, Sept. 17 with a 4 p.m. kickoff against crosstown-rival Carleton College at Rolf Mellby Field.
