ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The St. Olaf College women's tennis team began its spring break trip with a 6-1 win over first-time foe Webster University on Sunday morning at Webster Groves Recreational Complex.
Facing a Webster (1-14) team with only five available players, St. Olaf (6-4) got wins at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles and straight-set victories in four of the five contested singles matches to claim the 6-1 win. With the Oles mixing up their lineup against the shorthanded Gorlocks, junior
Elliana Loesch was the lone Ole to be victorious in both singles and doubles.
In addition to a forfeit at No. 3 doubles, seniors

Emma Clift ran their winning streak at No. 1 doubles to 10 matches with a 6-3 victory, while Loesch and first year
Dana Keesler rolled to a 6-0 win at No. 2 doubles. Keesler and Loesch improved to 5-2 as a pairing this season.

Lidia Bach posted straight-set singles victories for St. Olaf. Loesch and Bach lost just one game apiece at No. 4 and No. 5 singles, Smiley dropped just two at No. 3 singles, and Sloane conceded just five at No. 2 singles. In her first match at No. 1 singles, junior
