Soccer teams earn United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award

Women's team ties for highest GPA among collegiate programs

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The St. Olaf College men's and women's soccer teams both earned the United Soccer Coaches College Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 academic year, as announced on Friday.

St. Olaf was one of 175 collegiate programs that had both their men's and women's program recognized with the award, which is given to teams that record a team grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 during the academic year. Both teams ranked among the top 20 NCAA Division III programs.

Head coach Molly Fiedler's women's program tied for the highest GPA of any women's program that was recognized with a mark of 3.84 to earn the award for the 19th time since 2005. Head coach Justin Oliver's men's program tied for 20th among NCAA Division III men's programs with a 3.64 GPA to collect the award for the 18th time since 2005.
