St. Olaf College Athletics

Billy Raible is in his third season as a member of the St. Olaf football coaching staff in 2025-26 and serves as the tight ends coach. 

In his two seasons coaching the tight ends, Raible coached Derek Hansen '25 to All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) honors in both seasons. Hansen concluded his career by earning D3football.com Second Team All-America and D3football.com First Team All-Region 6 honors in his senior campaign.

Prior to coming to St. Olaf, Raible spent two seasons at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa, serving as the running backs and tight ends coach. While there, Raible coached an all-conference sophomore running back who was ranked in the top 10 in career rushing yards at Briar Cliff. 

Raible graduated from Saint John’s University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and earned a master’s degree in management from Briar Cliff in 2023.
