AT ST. OLAF
2015 (Junior) - Season cut short because of injury, played in three games... Had 13 solo tackles and 28 total tackles... Was second in MIAC with 9.3 tackles per game.

2014 (Sophomore) - Named All-MIAC Second Team Defense... Led MIAC and team in tackles, with 95, including 61 solo... Had three sacks, one interception, blocked a field goal, recovered a fumble and had two passes broken up... Named the Oles' Rising Star Defense.

2013 (First Year) - Played in seven games... Had one kick return for a two yard gain... Had 11 solo tackles with one for a loss... Also had seven assisted tackles.
 
AT EDINA HIGH SCHOOL
Received the AAA award for outstanding achievement in Academics, Arts, and Athletics and the Academic All-State award... Was Star Tribune Honorable Mention for all-metro senior year... Was a recipient of Bill Nyrop / EFA Scholarship Award senior year... Was All-Conference senior year... Named Varsity Captain senior year... Was a three football varsity letter winner... Was All-State honorable mention for Alpine Ski Racing... Was awarded four varsity letters in alpine ski racing and two varsity letters in baseball.
