AT ST. OLAF
2022-23 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… NFF Hampshire Honor Society inductee… Missed season due to injury.

2021-22 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... Played in all 10 games… Recorded 39.0 total tackles, 7.0 tackles for a loss, 3.5 sacks, three pass breakups, and one quarterback hurry… Tied for 13th in MIAC in sacks and tied for 18th in tackles for a loss… Tied for second on team in sacks, tied for third in TFL, and fifth in total tackles… Season-high seven total tackles and one sack in 46-27 loss to No. 14 Central in season opener on Sept. 4… Five total tackles and a sack in 35-14 loss to No. 14 Bethel on Oct. 30.

2020-21 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC... Fall 2020 Dean's List... Team did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (First Year) – Played in all 10 games and started twice… Recorded 20 tackles, including 10 solo tackles and half a tackle for a loss… Recovered one fumble… Made season-high five tackles twice, including in 29-2 win over Hamline on Oct. 5… Recovered a fumble in 54-17 loss to No. 4 Saint John’s on Oct. 26.

AT MOUND WESTONKA HIGH SCHOOL
Member of track & field team for five years, football team for four years and wrestling team for four years… Academic all-state in football senior year… Selected to Minnesota All-Star Game as a senior… Captained football, wrestling and track & field teams as a senior… All-district selection in football as a junior and senior… Football teams won district titles as a freshman, sophomore and junior… Individual state tournament participant in wrestling sophomore and senior years… Captained wrestling teams junior and senior years… Earned three varsity letters in wrestling… Track & field teams won conference championships as a freshman, junior and senior.
