Jordy Borman is in his third year as an assistant athletic trainer at St. Olaf in 2024-25 after joining the sports medicine staff on July 18, 2022.

At St. Olaf, Borman works primarily with men's and women's cross country, football, men's hockey, men's and women's indoor/outdoor track and field, and men's and women's Nordic skiing.

Borman came to St. Olaf after spending two years as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Concordia University, St. Paul. At CSP, he provided daily coverage for men's and women's track and field, men's and women's cross country, and women's swimming and diving.

A former NCAA Division III student-athlete at Central College in Pella, Iowa, Borman earned three varsity letters for the Dutch and was a First Team All-American Rivers Conference honoree and D3football.com Third Team All-West Region honoree in 2018. He also was named to the National Football Foundation (NFF) Hampshire Honor Society in 2019.

During his time at Central, Borman was an athletic training student and he graduated in 2020 with a bachelor of arts degree in athletic training. He went on to earn his master's of science in exercise science from Concordia University, St. Paul in May 2022 and holds a variety of certifications and memberships, including being a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) and being a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer.
