2024-25 (Junior) – United Soccer Coaches Second Team All-Region IX… Honorable Mention All-MIAC… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... Started all 23 games at center back… Recorded three points on one goal and one assist… Totaled six shots, three of which were on goal… Third on the team in minutes played by a field player (1,802)… Had a goal and an assist in 4-1 win over Hamline on Oct. 12.

2023-24 (Sophomore) – College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Played in all 26 games and started 25 times… Recorded one goal, 10 shots, and three shots on goal… Ranked third on team in minutes played by a field player (2,094)… Scored first collegiate goal in 6-0 win over Saint Mary’s on Oct. 11.

2022-23 (First Year) – Fall 2022 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Played in 21 games, starting 14 times… Compiled two assists and had one shot… Picked up assists in back-to-back games in 4-0 win at Macalester on Sept. 24 and 5-0 victory over St. Scholastica on Sept. 28… Part of defense that recorded 11 shutouts and allowed just 21 goals in 22 games.

Played four years of soccer, three years of football, one year of tennis, and was on track and field team for two years… 2022 Colorado Soccer Gatorade Player of the Year… High school All-American as a junior and senior… 2021 Colorado High School Soccer Coaches Association 5A Player of the Year… Colorado High School Athletic Association First Team All-State and Centennial League Player of the Year as a junior and senior… First Team All-Centennial Conference as a sophomore, junior, and senior… Three-year team captain… Academic all-state in soccer and football as a junior and senior… Four-year academic letterwinner… Member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes… Assistance League of Denver Thrift Shop volunteer.

Parents Ryan and Deedee… Has two siblings – Natalie and Nick… Majoring in quantitative economics with an emphasis in finance… Played for Colorado Rapids ECNL club from 2017-22, helping team to Mountain Conference championship and ECNL Texas Conference championship.
