Brian Teske joined the St. Olaf men's soccer coaching in 2012 as the goalkeeping and assistant coach. During his tenure, the team won the 2014 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) regular-season title, the 2015 MIAC Playoff title, and appeared in the NCAA Tournament's "Sweet 16" for the first time in program history in 2015. The Oles finished the 2015 season ranked No. 15 in the country.
Teske left the program after five seasons to pursue a Ph.D. in aerospace sciences. He has coached in Minneapolis for many years for club and high school teams, including the MN Twin Stars FC, who competed in the National Premium Soccer League (NPSL). He holds Advanced National Goalkeeper Coach and Instituto Brasileiro de Futebol Level 3 diplomas.
