AT ST. OLAF
2024-25 (Senior) – MIAC Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 3)… Started all 19 of the games he played in goal… Went 13-4-2 with a 1.06 goals-against average and .736 save percentage in 1,620:00 in net… Recorded 53 saves… Recorded five shutouts and was part of a sixth… Finished third in the MIAC in goals-against average, tied for third in shutouts, seventh in save percentage, eighth in saves, and ninth in saves per game… Saved all five shots he faced in 2-0 victory at North Central (Ill.) in season opener on Aug. 30… Made season-high seven saves in 5-1 win at Macalester on Oct. 5.

2023-24 (Junior) – NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Championship Most Outstanding Defensive Player… NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Championship All-Tournament Team… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Two-time MIAC Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week (Oct. 2, Oct. 16)… Started all 25 games he played in… Went 19-3-3 with a 1.05 goals-against average and .750 save percentage in 2,237:35 in net… Totaled 78 saves and eight shutouts… Ranked second in the MIAC in shutouts, fourth in goals-against average and saves, sixth in save percentage, and eighth in saves per game… Led NCAA Division III in minutes played by a goalkeeper and tied for 24th nationally in shutouts… Stopped all three shots he faced in 1-0 shutout of No. 7 Carleton on Sept. 26… Made season-high eight saves in 1-1 tie against No. 21 Macalester on Sept. 30… Made one save in the shootout to help St. Olaf claim MIAC Playoff title following 1-1 tie against Gustavus on Nov. 4… Tallied five saves in 3-1 win over No. 18 Washington (Md.) in national semifinals on Dec. 1… Picked up three saves in 2-1 overtime victory over No. 13 Amherst in national championship game on Dec. 3.

2022-23 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Started 11 of the 13 games he played in… Went 8-1-2 with a 0.87 goals-against average and .796 save percentage in 1,030:00 in goal… Registered 39 saves… Recorded five shutouts and was part of two more… Ranked third in the MIAC in goals-against average and fourth in save percentage… Posted a four-save shutout in 3-0 victory at UW-Platteville on Oct. 17… Made season-high nine saves in 2-1 victory at No. 5 Gustavus in the championship game of the MIAC Playoffs on Nov. 5… Had eight saves in 2-1 overtime win at No. 10 North Central (Ill.) in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on Nov. 13.

2021-22 (First Year) – Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... Appeared in one game… Did not face a shot while playing final 15:00 in goal in 6-0 win over Northland on Sept. 5.

AT THE ACADEMY OF HOLY ANGELS
Played three years of soccer... First team all-state and second team all-metro as a senior... Captained team that won section championship and qualified for state senior year... Team won section and state championships as a junior and finished 21-0-1... Team received United Soccer Coaches National Team Academic Award junior year... Team won conference and section titles and finished fourth in state as a sophomore with 19-1-2 record... Was member of Minnesota Thunder Academy Development Academy as a freshman... National Honor Society member... Honor Roll student all four years... Chess club captain.

PERSONAL
Parents Michael Forseth and Rachel Vogel... Has two siblings - Gus and Greta... Majoring in physics with a concentration in engineering studies... Played club soccer for Minneapolis United (U8-U14, U18-U19) and Minnesota Thunder Academy (U15-U17).
