Damien Fox is in his sixth season as an assistant coach for the St. Olaf volleyball team in 2023-24.

In his four seasons at St. Olaf, the Oles have posted a record of 93-52 (.641), including a mark of 39-16 (.709) in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC). St. Olaf has qualified for the MIAC Playoffs in each of the four full seasons Fox has been on staff, including advancing to the championship match in both 2019 and 2022.

The Oles also earned an at-large bid into the NCAA Tournament in 2019, marking the program's first appearance in the national tournament since 2010. St. Olaf picked up its first national ranking from the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) since early in the 2011 season in 2019 as well.

Prior to joining the coaching staff at St. Olaf, Fox was the head coach at Faribault High School from 2013-15 and was an assistant coach at Lakeville North for the 2016 and 2017 seasons. At Lakeville North, he helped coach the 2017 Class AAA state championship team.

Fox also coaches for the Northern Lights Volleyball Club, where, in 2015, his team won an AAU National Championship. During the summer months, he coaches camps at Northern Lights, the University of Minnesota, St. Olaf and for Midwest Volleyball Instructors.
