Dylan Krosch joined the St. Olaf volleyball coaching staff as an assistant coach in February 2025.
Krosch came to The Hill after spending the 2023 and 2024 seasons as an assistant coach for the women's program at UW-River Falls, helping guide the Falcons to 32 victories over the two seasons. At UW-River Falls, he was the lead coach for the pin hitters, managed transfer portal recruiting, and conducted film study with regards to training and strategy.
Krosch has been a head coach for MNSelect Volleyball Club since October 2024 as well and previously was a head coach for DIGS Club Volleyball from 2017-22. During the 2022 season, he was an assistant coach at Bemidji State University. Before that, he got his start in coaching as an assistant coach and freshman coach at Legacy Christian Academy from 2018-22.
Krosch graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2020 with a bachelor's of science in history and a minor in Latin American studies.
