Alex Schnobrich and Dylan Lehrer scored for the Johnnies, who secured the second seed in the MIAC Playoffs.
St. Olaf will be the No. 4 seed in the tournament. St. Olaf will host the fifth seed, Hamline University (7-8-2, 5-4-1 MIAC), on Tuesday at 2 p.m.Â
St. Olaf managed only three shots total in the first period of play but rallied in the second half, tallying 10 shots in the final 45 minutes and out-shooting SJU 13-12 in the full 90.
Kevin Skrip managed to put three of St. Olaf's four shots on target, but each effort was saved by SJU keeper Kevin Lebahn.Â
Skrip, who became St. Olaf's all-time top scorer earlier in the season, ended the regular MIAC season as top-scorer, with 12 goals.
