Betsey Daly had 17 points and 12 rebounds as St. Olaf outlasted Saint Ben's 50-47 in a MIAC women's basketball game on Saturday afternoon at Claire Lynch Gym.
The Oles (6-1, 2-0 MIAC) scored the game's final six points, including a game-tying three-pointer with 1:33 left. Daly and
Afton Wolter then made 2-of-4 from the line as the Oles held on for their sixth straight victory.
The double-double was the second of the year for Daly, who has collected at least 15 points and nine rebounds in each of the last four games.
Margaret Andersen added seven points and two assists.
Annie Dittberner had 13 points to lead Saint Ben's (5-2, 1-1 MIAC).
St. Olaf will host UW-River Falls on Monday at 7 p.m. before returning to MIAC play with a Wednesday night matchup with Concordia-Moorhead.
