EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - The St. Olaf men's hockey team was defeated by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire 4-3 on Saturday night in a non-conference game in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Nick Marsh scored two of St. Olaf's three goals, his first to tie the game 1-1 on a powerplay at 15:33 in the first period and his second in the third period at 13:34 to bring the Oles within one of the Bluegolds 4-3.
Peter Lindblad assisted both of those goals, as well as scored a goal of his own in the first period at 19:09 to tie the game at two a piece.

Jude Hull finished the game with 33 total saves for St. Olaf (2-9-3, 0-4-2 MIAC), 17 coming in the second period.
UW-Eau Claire (10-3-2 1-1-0 WIAC) had goals from four different Bluegolds and Goalie Jay Deo had 27 total saves for the win.
The Oles' next game will be tomorrow at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point at 2 p.m.
