ARDEN HILLS, Minn. - Lauren Rewers had a season-best 17 kills to lead St. Olaf but Bethel overcame a first set loss to defeat St. Olaf in four -- 22-25, 25-23, 25-28, 25-19 -- on Wednesday night at the Robertson Center.

Carlee Hoppe had 14, Callie Sinclaire 11 and Tina Hoppe 10 kills for Bethel. 

In the second set, St. Olaf hit .211 and Oles erased a four-point deficit to take a 23-22 lead. The Royals countered with three straight points to close the set and even the match.

Bethel hit .325 in the third, closing the set on an 8-0 run. The Royals trailed by five, at 10-5, in the fourth before using a 5-0 run and later an 8-2 rally to clinch the match.
