NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Lauren Rewers had 15 kills to pace St. Olaf, but Macalester held off a charge to beat the Oles in four sets -- 25-23, 25-19, 15-25 and 28-26 -- on Friday night at Skoglund Center.

Clara Baumann had 17 kills and India Medaris 12 for Macalester (6-8, 1-2 MIAC). The Scots trailed by as many as five in the decisive fourth set, and 26-25, before scoring the final three points.

Megan Grimes and Katie Payne had 10 kills each for the Oles (7-9, 0-3 MIAC) in the loss. Abby Slack added 22 digs.
