NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Carleton scored the final three points in the decisive fifth set to upend St. Olaf 15-13 and win the regular season finale at West Gym.
St. Olaf came back from a two-set deficit to even the match at 2-2 and had leads in the final set of 8-6, 12-10 and 13-12 before the Knights (9-12, 5-6 MIAC) scored three straight to get the victory.
The Oles (21-10, 7-4 MIAC), who are heading to the MIAC Playoffs, were led by
Megan Grimes' 14 kills and 13 by
Lauren Rewers.Â
Alison Curry added 11 while hitting a team-best .296.Â
Carleton was led by Lucy Stevens and Elyse Wansenried, who had 13 kills each.Â
