EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - No. 8 UW-River Falls defeated St. Olaf 72-49 in a non-conference men's basketball game at UW-Eau Claire's Zorn Arena on Friday.

Dominic Bledsoe had 11 points and Troy Diggins Jr. 9 for the Oles (6-3) in the loss.

Alex Herink had 19 points and Brennan Witt 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Falcons (9-1).

St. Olaf tied the game on a Robert Tobroxen three-point play with 7:23 to play in the first half before UW-River Falls went on a 14-1 run to close the half with a 13-point lead. The Falcons went 6-for-10 from the field in the stretch while the Oles were 0-of-7 from the field and 1-for-3 from the free throw line.
