ARDEN HILLS, Minn. - Bethel University defeated St. Olaf 64-7 in a MIAC football game at Royals Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Jake Marsh threw for 323 yards and four touchdowns on a mere 14-of-16 passing while Gideon Erhabor and Sam Gibas rushed for two touchdowns each, and Drew Larsen had a pair of touchdown catches for the Royals (1-3, 1-1 MIAC). Marsh connected with Bryce Marquardt for a 96-yard TD score in the first quarter.Â
Khayleb Willis rushed for 55 yards and a touchdown for the Oles (1-3, 0-2 MIAC). Â Willis set up his own TD run, as he returned a kickoff 63 yards to give the Oles their best field position of the afternoon. The scoring drive covered 36 yards in six plays.Â
Bethel led 13-0 after the first quarter before erupting for 31 second quarter points. Larsen caught a 16-yard TD pass from Marsh to open the quarter, before Gibas' 21-yard rush made it 27-0. The Royals capitalized on a bad punt snap for a safety to make it 29-0.Â
The Royals scored touchdowns on nine straight possessions after being stopped on the game's first drive.Â

Cullen Mudrak had 11 tackles each for the Oles in the loss. Mudrak had a tackle for a loss and forced a fumble.Â
