NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The St. Olaf men's hockey team (8-11-3, 5-7-2 MIAC) scored a 9-1 victory over Bethel University (3-19-3, 2-11-3 MIAC) in a conference game on Saturday night.
Tobias Gabrielsen led the Oles with two goals and an assist.
Chris Koziel scored two goals as well.
After a scoreless first period, Koziel scored back-to-back goals to put the Oles up by two.

Roshen Jaswal with a goal before scoring one himself to put the Oles up 4-0 at the end of the second frame.
Coming off a four goal period, St. Olaf would go on to score five more in the third. After Gabrielsen got his first goal of the night, the Royal's Kurtis Redding scored to put Bethel on the board with 12:21 remaining in regulation.
Still up 5-1, the Oles scored four unanswered to close out the game. Garielsen scored his second, after which
Judd Loewenstein,
Charlie Widmar, and
Carter Lukenda each scored to give the Oles their greatest margin of victory in a game this season.
Next up for the Oles is their last home game of the regular season against Saint Mary's University on Friday.
