MINNEAPOLIS - The St. Olaf women's swimming and diving team was third after the first of three days at the MIAC Championships at the University of Minnesota Jean Freeman Aquatic Center. 

St. Olaf first year Marissa Wolff was second to lead a foursome of Oles in the 500 free. Wolff finished in 5:03.10 in second while teammates Linnea Rizzo was fourth (5:06.50), Caitlin Croasdell sixth (5:08.24) and Helen Jensen seventh (5:09.20). 

Kelly Punyko, Sophia Nevin, Jensen and Wolff combined on the Oles' 400 medley relay to finish second in the race in 3:54.26. 

The Oles' 4x200 free relay team of Pynyko, McLarnan, Solvay Metelmann and Emily Maruyama was fifth (1:40.28).
