NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Recent rain and the forecast for more rain in the area have resulted in several schedule changes for St. Olaf College athletic teams.
Below is a comprehensive list of the affected games, which will be updated if/when more changes occur.
Tuesday, April 5
The home men's tennis match against Macalester has been postponed and will be made up at Carlson Courts on Monday, April 25 at 4 p.m.
Baseball's home doubleheader against Macalester has been postponed and will be made up at Mark Almli Field on Wednesday, April 6. First pitch for game one is slated for 2:30 p.m., weather permitting.
Wednesday, April 6
Women's tennis' away match at Carleton has been postponed and will be made up Monday, April 11 at 4 p.m. at Carleton's Pat Lamb Tennis Courts.
Further rain/snow has forced another postponement of baseball's home doubleheader against Macalester. The doubleheader will now be made up on Friday, April 8 starting at 2:30 p.m. at Mark Almli Field.
Thursday, April 7
Softball's doubleheader at Gustavus has been postponed and will be made up in St. Peter on Friday, April 15, with first pitch at 3:30 p.m.
Friday, April 8
Continued inclement weather has resulted in a third postponement of baseball's doubleheader with Macalester. The Oles will host the Scots on Tuesday, April 12 starting at 2:30 p.m. at Mark Almli Field.
Sunday, April 10
Baseball will make up its postponed doubleheader against Augsburg on Sunday, April 10 starting at 11 a.m. at First National Bank of River Falls Field in River Falls, Wis. As a result of that reschedule, St. Olaf's non-conference twin bill against Macalester that was originally scheduled for Sunday, April 10 has been postponed with no makeup date announced yet.
