ORLANDO, Fla. – The St. Olaf College women's tennis team closed out its Spring Break trip with a 6-3 win over National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) foe Warner University, while the men's team fell 9-0 to the Royals, on Wednesday afternoon at the USTA National Campus.
WOMEN'S RECAP
St. Olaf (6-5) used a doubles sweep to get out to a lead and sealed the win by getting victories at three of the top-four singles spots to down Warner (12-2). Sophomore

Allie Prokosch, and sophomore
Fiona O'Flaherty were all victorious in both singles and doubles for the Oles.
Prokosch and Zubarieva ran their winning streak to 10 matches with an 8-0 victory at No. 1 doubles to highlight the doubles sweep. Their 10-match winning streak is the longest by a St. Olaf doubles tandem since Erin McDonald and Margaret Zimmermann won their first 14 matches of the 2016-17 season.

Anna Secor picked up an 8-4 win at No. 2 doubles, while O'Flaherty and sophomore
Sarah Clark were victorious by an 8-5 margin at No. 3 doubles in their first match as a pairing this season.
In singles, Zubarieva and O'Flaherty each earned their ninth victories of the season – the most on the team – with straight-set wins at No. 1 and No. 4 singles. Prokosch added a victory in one of the three singles matches to go to a super tiebreaker by rolling in the decider for a 6-3, 3-6, 10-2 victory.
St. Olaf returns to Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) play against Carleton College at home on Wednesday, April 5 at 4 p.m. at Carlson Courts.

Warner (9-5) proved to be too much for St. Olaf (4-10), as the Royals swept their way to the win. First year

Henry Smith pushed their opponents at No. 1 doubles before falling by an 8-6 margin.
The Royals lost just one set in the six singles matches, as junior
Max Loesch claimed the opening set of his match at No. 6 singles before going down by a 4-6, 6-4, 10-4 score line.
St. Olaf is off until hosting Carleton College in its return to Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) play on Wednesday, April 12 at 4:30 p.m. at Carlson Courts.
