MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Five members of the St. Olaf College women's track and field team ran in events at the Running on Hope Invitational at the University of Minnesota on Wednesday evening.

Rebekah Salfer represented St. Olaf in the unscored meet.
Storbakken, Matre, and Holman all ran personal-best times in the 200-meter dash, as Kroschel led the four Oles with a 28th-place finish (26.72) in a field of competitors from all three NCAA Divisions. Kroschel's time currently ranks eighth in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) this season.
Storbakken also ran in the 400-meter dash, placing 14th in 1:01.41 to establish a new personal-best time in the event. Salfer recorded an 18th-place performance in the 400-meter hurdles, crossing the line in 1:07.59.
Salfer, Matre, Holman, and Kroschel ran the MIAC's seventh-fastest time this season in the 4x100-meter relay, taking sixth in 50.86 seconds.
St. Olaf has four student-athletes competing in distance events at the prestigious Drake Relays on Thursday, April 27 before the team heads to the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on Macalester on Saturday, April 29.
