BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Senior
Isabel Wyatt of the St. Olaf College women's track and field team competed in the 800-meter run at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships for the second season in a row on Friday at Birmingham Crossplex.
In her second appearance in a row at the national indoor meet, Wyatt finished 20th in the prelims of the 800-meter run with a time of 2:16.70 to conclude her season. The senior, who placed ninth in the event last year and was the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) indoor champion each of the last two seasons, is one of two Oles to be a multiple-time national qualifier in the indoor 800.
St. Olaf will begin its outdoor season by sending a group to the WashU Distance Carnival on Thursday and Friday, March 26-27 in St. Louis, Mo.
