TEMPE, Ariz. – The St. Olaf College men's tennis team earned Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team honors and seven of its student-athletes gathered ITA Scholar-Athlete recognition, as announced on Wednesday.
In its final season under head coach
Chris Kuna, St. Olaf collected ITA All-Academic Team honors for the eighth time in the last nine seasons. The accolade is awarded to teams that record a team grade-point average of 3.20 or higher for the academic year. St. Olaf was one of 125 men's programs nationwide to be named an ITA All-Academic Team for 2022-23.

Bogdan Vizoli were all named ITA Scholar-Athletes, marking the fourth time in the last five seasons at least six Oles have been recognized with the honor. Smith earned the third ITA Scholar-Athlete accolade of his career, while Anderson, Belik, and Johnson picked up their second.
To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, a student-athlete must have a grade-point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) for the current academic year and be listed on the institutional eligibility form.
