MIAC announces future football schedules through 2034

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) announced its football schedules for the next 10 years on Monday.

After four seasons in a divisional structure, the MIAC will return to a single round-robin schedule in 2025. Each of the 10 MIAC football teams will open the season with one non-conference game in the first two weeks of play before competing in a nine-game conference slate. The team with the best record in conference play at the end of the season will be crowned MIAC champion and receive the conference's automatic qualifier to the NCAA Football Playoffs.

Starting this fall, game times for contests played after Daylight Saving Time ends will kick off at noon (previously 1 p.m.). This change was adopted by MIAC membership to match the NCAA Championships start time and provide teams with an extra hour of sunlight for late-season games. Teams may elect to kick off later if playing at a venue with game-appropriate lights.

Schedule matrices for the 2025-2034 MIAC football seasons can be found here. Game dates for 2031 through 2034 will be added after NCAA Championship dates for those seasons are confirmed.
