KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The St. Olaf College men's basketball team earned the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Team Academic Excellence Award and had three student-athletes named to the NABC Honors Court, as announced on Thursday.
Head coach
Dan Kosmoski's program secured its sixth consecutive NABC Team Academic Excellence Award after recording a team grade-point average (GPA) of 3.62 during the 2024-25 academic year. To be recognized, teams must post a GPA of at least 3.0.
Recent graduates
Addison Metcalf '25 and
Dashiel Walker '25, as well as rising senior
Kobe Kirk, represented St. Olaf on the NABC Honors Court, which includes juniors, seniors, and graduate students who held a cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 at the end of the academic year. Walker was honored for the second year in a row, while Metcalf and Kirk were first-time honorees.
