NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Eight members of the St. Olaf College football team earned spots on the 2025-26 Academic All-District Football Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC), as announced on Tuesday.

Riley Butcher, sophomore
Soren Floden, junior
Carter Follman, senior
Johnathan Hartwig, sophomore
Jake Pickard, junior
Nick Rollinger, and sophomore
Owen Swedberg represented St. Olaf on the annual list, which recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
In order to be recognized on the CSC Academic All-District ® Teams, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.50, compete in at least 90 percent of their institution's games or start in 66 percent of the contests, and be at least a sophomore academically and athletically.
The Academic All-District ® accolade was the third in a row for Hartwig, while the other seven Oles were first-time honorees. Institutions could nominate up to eight student-athletes for the accolade.
