NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The St. Olaf College men's hockey team received votes in the D-III Hockey News 2026-27 Men's Preseason Poll, as released on Monday.

Coming off a 12-9-5 season that included a program-record fifth consecutive berth in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Playoffs, St. Olaf received seven votes in the preseason poll. The Oles were one of three MIAC programs that garnered attention along with No. 15 Saint John's University and Gustavus Adolphus College, which received 12 votes.

The D-III Hockey News Top-15 Poll is voted on by 20 Division III head coaches, assistant coaches, sports information directors, broadcasters, and media members.

St. Olaf will open its season with a two-game non-conference series at Lawrence University on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 30-31 at Appleton Ice Center.
