ST. PAUL, Minn. - The St. Olaf men's track and field team competed as one of 12 teams at the Bolstorff Twilight meet on Thursday, finishing fourth with 81 points.
Hamline's team won the meet with 122 points.
The Oles took first place in one event, and second in three others.
Nathan Kurtz-Enko earned first place in the Shot Put for the Oles with a distance of 15.53 meters.
In the 800 Meter Run,
Sean Lonergan placed second with a time of 1:57.67.
Keith Ketola finished second in the 5000 Meter Run at 15:01.35.
The runner-up in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase was
Justin Furcich, who finished with a time of 9:56.42.
Next up for the Oles is the Saint Mary's Invite on Saturday.
