NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The St. Olaf College women's track and field team won five events while hosting the unscored Ole Opener on Friday evening at Tostrud Center.
Junior
Riki Poore, senior

Annika Muller, and junior
Aleah Keske picked up individual event wins for St. Olaf, which also won the 4x400-meter relay. No team scores were kept at the meet, which included Carleton College, Bethany Lutheran College, Luther College, and St. Catherine University.
Poore crossed the line first in the 60-meter hurdles (10.02) and ran on the Oles' first-place 4x400-meter relay (4:21.35) along with sophomore
Emma Storbakken, junior
Ququ Holman, and first year
Allison Soule. Poore added a runner-up finish in the long jump (4.63m, 15' 2 ¼"), while Storbakken was second in the 200-meter dash (27.71).
Muller won the triple jump with a mark of 11.13 meters (36' 6 ¼"), which ranks second in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) and 17th in the country this season. Cordes added a first-place finish in the pole vault (2.90m, 9 ' 6 ¼") with the top clearance in the conference this season, and Keske won the shot put (12.15m, 39' 10 ½") with the top throw in the MIAC to date this winter.
In the 3,000-meter run, senior
Christine Albrecht, sophomore
Sofia Carlson, and sophomore
Alison Bode all posted top-10 times in program history and top-11 times in the country this season as part of a 3-4-5 finish. Albrecht jumped onto St. Olaf's all-time top-10 list at No. 4 in 10:06.62, which ranks seventh in the country, while Carlson moved up from No. 10 to No. 6 with a time of 10:07.80, which is eighth nationally. Bode grabbed a spot on the program's top-10 list at No. 10 in 10:16.77, which ranks No. 11 in the country.
Sophomore
Emma Johnson also broke onto St. Olaf's all-time top-10 list in the weight throw, checking in at No. 9 with a throw of 12.28 meters (40' 3 ½") during her fifth-place finish.
St. Olaf heads to St. Paul on Saturday, Jan. 21 for the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic hosted by Macalester College.
