GILBERT, Ariz. – The St. Olaf College men's tennis team was honored as an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team, and eight of its student-athletes were named ITA Scholar-Athletes, as announced on Wednesday.

In its second season under head coach Joey Kronzer '16, St. Olaf landed its ninth ITA All-Academic Team honor in the last 11 seasons by recording a team grade-point average (GPA) of 3.68 during the 2024-25 academic year. Teams must hold a collective GPA of at least 3.2 among all varsity letterwinners to be honored.

David Azcona '25, rising junior Ryan Birnesser, rising junior Cathal Mee, rising sophomore Daniel Meunier, rising sophomore Mason Ramirez, rising sophomore Madden Vanderwerf, rising junior Marjan Veldic, and rising senior Bogdan Vizoli were all selected as ITA Scholar-Athletes, an honor awarded to student-athletes who have a GPA of at least 3.5 for the current academic year.
