Women's basketball announces incoming class

NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Head coach Megan Lueck and the St. Olaf College women's basketball program announced the incoming class of five student-athletes who will be joining the program ahead of the 2026-27 season on Friday.
 
"Our staff is honored to welcome Addy, Graycie, Nora, Sami and Sophia to our program," Lueck said. "Each of them are great teammates with a strong work ethic and dedication to their athletics and academics. We are so excited they chose to be Oles and can't wait to see them on the court this season!"
 
Nora Jensen
5'8" | Guard | New Auburn, Wis. | New Auburn High School | Team Wisconsin AAU
During her time at New Auburn, Jensen was named first-team all-conference three times, conference player of the year twice, Chippewa County Player of the Year twice, and all-state honorable mention once, along with being the school's all-time leading scorer. She was on three conference championship teams, with one of those teams recording the best record in school history (25-2). Jensen was also valedictorian of her graduating class while earning academic all-state honors.
 
Addy Ruffridge
6'1" | Post | Stewartville, Minn. | Stewartville High School | Minnesota Fury AAU
Ruffridege was an all-conference honoree while serving as a team captain her senior year. During her time at Stewartville, her team was the state runner-up twice (2023, 2026), won three conference championships and four section titles, and made four appearances in the state tournament. Ruffridge graduated with highest honors and a 4.0 GPA which led her to being an academic all-state honoree. She was also a member of the National Honor Society and a two-time varsity letterwinner in community service.
 
Sami Sarner
5'9" | Guard/Wing | Brookfield, Wis. | Catholic Memorial High School | Wisconsin Playground Elite AAU
Sarner was second-team all-conference selection during both her junior and senior seasons and an honorable mention during her sophomore season. At Catholic Memorial, she was a part of a school record for most wins in a season, as well as playing on three regional championship teams. Sarner is a member of the Latin National Honor Society. She also ran track and field and was all-state in 4x400-meter relay while also breaking the school record in that event in 2025. She will run for St. Olaf women's track and field team in addition to playing basketball for the Oles.
 
Graycie Smith
5'6" | Guard | Cottage Grove, Minn. | Park Cottage Grove High School | Legacy Hoops AAU
Smith was an honorable mention all-conference player for two seasons. She also played soccer and earned All Team Gold Academic Award honors. 
 
Sophia Sinclair
6'0" | Wing | Little Falls, Minn. | Brainerd High School
Over her four years, Sinclair was an all-conference honoree while also earning all-tournament honors at the Crusader Classic and Maple River Winter Showcase. Recently, she was a member of the 2025-26 Central Lakes Conference Championship team. Academically, Sinclair earned academic all-state honors, was a Central Lakes Conference Scholar Athlete, and a Brainerd High School Scholar Athlete. She was also an A Honor Roll student all four years and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. Sinclair also was a member of the National HOnor Society and earned the BPSF 4A Academics Scholarship.
