FRISCO, Texas – Five members of the St. Olaf College women's golf team were named to the 2025-26 Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team, as announced on Monday.

Rising junior Anneliese Carlson, rising senior Marit Lyle, rising sophomore Annika Searles, Belle Mae Williams '26, and rising senior Ella Wright represented St. Olaf among the 1,551 women's collegiate golfers honored for the 2025-26 academic year. 

In order to qualify for the accolade, student-athletes needed to hold a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.50, be an amateur and stay on the roster through the conclusion of the season, and have played in at least 50 percent of their team's scheduled competitive rounds.

Williams landed her fourth WGCA All-American Scholar accolade, Lyle and Wright picked up their third, and Carlson secured her second, while Searles was honored in her first collegiate season.
