NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The St. Olaf men's swimming and diving team was defeated by Gustavus Adolphus College 153-145 on Friday evening at Skoglund Center.
St. Olaf Highlights
St. Olaf won the 200 medley relay with
John Loepfe,
Nathan France, Jack Wilsh and
Andrew France in 1:36.20.Â
Loepfe won the 100 back (54.65) while
Abe Casey Eyman was second in the event in 56.22. Casey Eyman was a winner later in the night, edging Loepfe for first in the 200 back in 2:01.26.Â
Welsh was a winner as well, taking first in the 200 fly in 2:03.87 and 100 fly (54.17). Loepfe was second in the 100 fly (54.31).
Bobby Schultze won the 1000 free (10:10.64) and 500 free (4:52.69), before finishing second in the 200 IM in 2:04.89.
Andrew France was second in the 200 free (1:48.58), second in the 100 free (49.11) and fourth in the 50 free (22.55).
Nathan France was second in the 100 breast (57.97) and second in the 200 breast (2:16.98).
To finish the night,
Nathan France, Casey Eyman,
Gus Reynolds and Schultze won the 400 free relay in 3:17.00.Â
