ST. PAUL, Minn. - The St. Olaf women's cross country team raced on Friday evening at the Tommie Opener.
In the sprints, Katie Elstad ran 27.58 in the 200 to finish sixth.Â
Lillie Meakim was 13th in 28.35, and
Hayli Marquette was 28th in 29.78.
The Oles ran a fleet in the mile, placing five in the top 12.Â
Jordan Lutz and
Jena Moody led the way in seventh and eighth with times of 5:20.49 and 5:22.59.Â
Lisa Fisher,
Bryony Hawgood, and
Mary Naas were 10th, 11th and 12th (5:27.38, 5:29.44, and 5:29.70). Â
Mackenzie Schoustra and
Paige Woldt both qualified for the finals in the 60 meter hurdles where they finished fourth and sixth respectively in 9.53 and 9.90. Woldt also finished as the runner-up in the triple jump with a distance of 10.43 meters.  The 4x400 meter relay team of Fisher, Elstad, Jessica Bently, and Marquette ran 4:32.60.
