BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Senior goalkeeper
Grace Sprangers of the St. Olaf College women's soccer team was selected as the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for the first time on Monday afternoon.

In St. Olaf's first game of the week, Sprangers helped the Oles to a 2-1 victory over Bethel on Wednesday with a three-save performance to earn the win. She followed that up with a three-save shutout in St. Olaf's scoreless tie at Hamline on Saturday for her second shutout in four starts this season.
